1st Ward Food Fest is a free event that takes place every Friday, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., through October 28th, 2016. It’s a kid-friendly, pet-friendly, BYOB event. Bring beverages, coolers, chairs and blankets. A whole slew of food trucks will be on site each week and there will also be live music and a movie, plus fun stuff like cornhole, trivia and a photo booth. The music will go from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and then the movie will start. The event takes place at 710 East 7th Street, next to Enclave Apartments.
On July 1st, the movie is Jaws (for Shark Week) and the music will be provided by Rod Fiske. We don’t have the schedule ahead of time, so check the 1st Ward Food Fest website for updated details each week. Or check their Instagram.
