The Town of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, is hosting an early Independence Day celebration on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Mount Pleasant, in Cabarrus County, is about 44 minutes from the center of Charlotte. It’s about a 15 minute drive, to the east, from Concord.
Check out a huge list of 4th of July fireworks, parades and celebrations in the Charlotte area.
It will start with a parade, which will set off from North Washington Street.
Then, at Town Hall, 8590 Park Drive, Mount Pleasant, the celebration will continue, with:
- “A Taste of Mount Pleasant” (showcasing local restaurants)
- 6 p.m.: Music from a DJ
- 7 p.m.: Live music
- 10 p.m.: Fireworks
