Allstate Day for Play Soccer Event: trade in old soccer ball for a new one

Allstate is bringing its free Day for Play event to Charlotte on Friday, June 21st, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at NASCAR Hall of Fame Plaza, 400 E MLK Blvd.

Ahead of the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup Tournament, this free event celebrates soccer and encourages fans and players to get outside and play.

Some of what’s going on at the event:

• Goalkeeper battles
• Play alongside Moisés Muñoz
• Photo ops with Gold Cup Trophy
• Trade in worn-out soccer balls for new ones. Used soccer balls will be recycled.

The two matches:

• 6 p.m.: Canada vs. Cuba
• 8 p.m.: Martinique vs. Mexico
