Joey Chestnut and Major League Eating are coming to Charlotte! Come out for the 2nd Annual American Burger Co. Roadstar Challenge at the location at 5821 Fairview Road, and see Joey and eight of the best eaters in the world compete to eat four Roadstar burgers in the fastest time. That’s 6lbs of beef, 16 slices of cheese, and 8 buns. And you can be there to witness it.
Following the main event, stick around for a FREE concert from On The Border – The Ultimate Eagles Tribute band. On The Border continues to be touted as the most authentic sounding Eagles Tribute band in the country and in 2015, were crowned “The Greatest EAGLES Tribute Band in the World” by AXSTV and Katie Daryl!
Local craft beer and food from American Burger Co. will be served all day long.
If you want to get in on the action, stop by any Charlotte American Burger Co. location before July 15 and eat a Roadstar as fast as you can. The fastest time from each location qualifies for the Amateur Finals. Finalists will take the stage before the pros and compete for a $500 prize.
$5 from every Roadstar sold until the event will go to the Thomas Davis Defending Dreams Foundation.
