Johnson C. Smith University is once again presenting An Evening with Mrs. Claus & Santa, but they’re adjusting to the times and doing it as a virtual event.
This is the fifth year that JCSU is presenting this free event for families in the community. Normally it’s a one-night holiday event. This year it will take place for several days on Zoom.
From December 18th to 21st in the evenings, your family will have an opportunity to sign up to meet with Santa one-on-one for 7 minutes on a ZOOM video call.
Sign up for your time slot now! We bet they will go quickly!
- December 18 to 21st: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (some 7-minute time slots are taken already)
When meeting with Santa on ZOOM, your child will have an opportunity to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas. Afterwards, Santa and your child will end the visit by singing his favorite Christmas song “Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer.”
If you would like for Santa to share about the Birth of Jesus he will be happy to do so (optional and by request.)
All the calls will be recorded, and after the call, Santa will send your child a letter in the mail. On the letter there will be a QR code that will allow you and your child to watch the call again.
