ArtPop is an organization that promotes local artists’ work and makes the art accessible to the public through available media space. If you’ve seen artwork on area billboards, it was probably an ArtPop installation.
On Saturday, July 14th, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Evoke is hosting an ArtPop Pop Up Party, where you can meet the artists, and look at and purchase art work.
Evoke is in the lobby of the Le Meridien Charlotte Hotel, at 555 S. McDowell Street.
It’s free to attend, and there will be free hors d’oeuvres, and wine, craft beer and craft cocktails for purchase.
The Big O Duo, a soul/R&B/rock acoustic duo, will be providing live music.
This event takes place only four times a year.
