As World War II ended, composer Randall Thompson honored Thomas Jefferson and his writings by creating a choral work that rallied great national pride during a time of world conflict. Queens choirs perform this stirring work alongside other works by composers extolling the great American experiment.

Moravian Love Feast

This event is a long-standing tradition at Queens, consisting of readings from scripture, singing of Christmas carols and beautiful music from the Queens Chorale.
Meet in the Chapel Rotunda for delicious Moravian coffee and engaging fellowship. Enjoy the second element of the Love feast (Moravian bread) during the service, which begins at 7 p.m.
Both the coffee and bread will also be available following the service.
