Celebrate fall at Autumn at Atherton on Saturday, October 22nd, 2016, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Atherton Mill and Market, at 2104 South Boulevard, has a fun afternoon planned for the whole family. Admission is free.
First, take place in a market scavenger hunt. Your completed scavenger hunt form is your raffle ticket. You’ll have a chance to win local baskets and prizes. In addition, many vendors will offer product demonstrations and food tastings. Festival visitors will have a chance to experience everything from wine and beer from Happenstance, the newest vendor, to cheeses and chocolate. There will also be fashion and food trucks, as well as plenty of things to entertain your kids, like balloon twisting and face painting.
Donations will be collected in conjunction with Carolina Farm Trust for a vendor, Mary L Farms, who is in imminent danger of losing their farm. More information here about the Mary L. story.
