Families are invited to the Back to School Health Awareness Fair on Saturday, August 10th, 2019, from 10 am. to 3 p.m. at C.W. Williams Community Health Center, 3333 Wilkinson Boulevard.
This is a free event.
- Immunizations will be free for uninsured students, or students on Medicaid. Otherwise, insurance will be billed.
- $25 back to school and sports physicals (see below)
- Free food
- Games
- Vendors
Please be sure to bring your vaccination records. Call 704-393-7720 ext. 1045 to pre-register for physicals.
Students who receive a physical will get free school supplies.
