Back to School Community Health Fair at Stratford-Richardson YMCA - free school supplies and more

The C.W. Williams Community Health Center is hosting its 10th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will take place at Stratford-Richardson YMCA, 1946 West Blvd, Charlotte, NC.

This free event will include:

Free food
Free school supplies
School physicals ($25)
Health screenings
HIV Testing
Immunizations (free for uninsured children up to the age of 18)
Music
Vendors
Games

The free food and supplies are while supplies last, and children must be present. Please bring insurance cards and immunization records.
