New event: Bavarian Holiday Fest in Belmont Dec. 14

Downtown Belmont is hosting its inaugural Bavarian Holiday Fest on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 2 to 7 p.m.

Shop for hand-crafted artisan goods, enjoy authentic Bavarian beer and bites, and listen to the music of Oops, a traditional German polka band.

The stage, kids’ activities, beverage tent and vendor village will be along Main Street and there will be an art sale at the intersection of Main Street and Catawba Street.

Schedule

12 to 7 p.m.: Artisan and Food Vendor Village
12 to 7 p.m.: German Beverage Tent
12 to 7 p.m.: Art Sale by the Gaston County Art Guild
12 to 4 p.m.: Kids’ Activities
1 to 6 p.m.: Oops Polka Band
