Belmont BooFest 2023 - Charlotte On The Cheap

Belmont’s Halloween celebration, BooFest, will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Stowe Park, 24 S. Main Street, Belmont.

The movie, Casper, will be shown.
