From Monday, June 14th, to Sunday, June 20th, 2021, there will be a pop-up bike park at Cordelia Park, 600 E. 24th Street, Charlotte.
The park will feature two temporary mountain bike trails for beginner and intermediate riders. There will also be activities and demos.
The Bike Park is free to visit!
Hours of Pop-Up Bike Park
- Monday to Thursday: 2 – 7 p.m.
- Wednesday: Kids only morning 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m
Saturday will feature Trips for Kids Charlotte and Bikin’ Dads Adventures.
This project is presented by Mecklenburg County Public Health, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, the City of Charlotte Department of Transportation, and Bike Charlotte.
The project will test bicycle recreation facilities in smaller public spaces along greenway systems and in more urban parks throughout Mecklenburg County.
