Papa John’s Pizza is a sponsor of UNC, NC State and Duke athletics for the 2014-2015 season. They’re not playing favorites. (Although I have to ask, what about UNCC?) So this season after one of those teams hits a milestone in a game, you can get a free large or extra large pizza the next day when you order one at regular price. You must order online to get the deal.
Here’s how it works for Duke and NC State. I’m not sure of the rules for UNC yet.
- If Duke wins, use the promo code BLUEDEVILS2.
- If NC State scores two or more touchdowns, use the promo code WOLFPACK2.
Saturday, September 13th, 2014, both of those events occurred, so on Sunday, September 14th, you can use either one of those promo codes to get one large or extra large pizza when you pay full price for one. The email I saw is not clear on which locations are participating. My guess is that the deal will be honored at North Carolina locations. South Carolina friends…I’m not sure. But maybe they have deals for South Carolina college teams too. Let us know how it works!
