A student-run group at Myers Park High School called Cultivating Literacy Together is holding a book sale on Saturday, October 31st, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Myers Park High School Art Gallery. All books are available for suggested donation of $1 to $3. The sale benefits Promising Pages, a non-profit that provides books to at-risk kids. With ever $1 raised, an at-risk child in Charlotte will receive a new book to keep. Myers Park High School is at 2400 Colony Road.
