Three native North Carolinians have joined together, with the support of many others, to compile an album, Cardinals at the Window, to raise money to help the Western North Carolina communities ravaged by Hurricane Helene. The music was compiled by Libby Rodenbough, David Walker, and Grayson Haver Currin, all of whom are active in the North Carolina music scene.
100% of proceeds will be split evenly between Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, Rural Organizing and Resilience (ROAR), and BeLoved Asheville.
Cardinals at the Window is a collection of 136 songs. The songs are live recordings, demos, or unreleased songs (or versions of the songs), so you’ll be hearing music that might be new to you.
Cardinals at the Window is available on Bandcamp for $10, or you can make an additional donation.
