Also, the Cook Out Tubing Hill be in front of Charlotte Motor Speedway, in the CMS Fan Zone. This is a separate attraction. You do NOT need a ticket to Speedway Christmas to go on the tubing hill.
Unlimited one-day rides on the tubing hill are $20 for adults, and $15 for kids ages 12 and under. Tickets will be available at the ticket booth next to the tubing hill. You can’t buy them online or at the Speedway Christmas ticket booth.
The Cook Out Tubing Hill will be open Thursday to Sunday from November 22 to December 29, 2024, from 4:30 to 10 p.m. It will be closed on Christmas Eve.

It is taking place from November 22, 2024, through January 5, 2025, with the exception of Christmas Eve. It is open on Christmas Day.
Hours are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The light show is along a 4 mile drive-thru course. The lights are synchronized to Christmas music that you can listen to from your car radio.
There are more than 800 individual displays, including some that are eight stories tall. All in all, more than 4 million lights are in play.
The infield Christmas Village will return, every Thursday through Sunday, and every night from December 12 to 23. Visitors can exit their cars and enjoy holiday activities like:
- A new illuminated walking trail
- 360-degree selfie camera in Victory Lane
- Photos with Santa
- Rotating merchandise vendors
- Food and beverages
- Fire pits for roasting s’mores
- Drive-in movies on the gigantic Speedway TV
Queen City News Movie Nights
Any night that the Christmas Village is open, Queen City News will present classic Christmas movies on the 16,000 square foot SpeedwayTV. Enjoy these movies:
- Nov. 22-24: “The Muppet Christmas Carol” presented by Cook Out
- Nov. 29 – Dec. 1: “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”
- Dec. 5-8: “White Christmas” presented by Food Lion
- Dec. 12-17: “Elf” presented by AutoBell
- Dec. 18-23: “Polar Express” presented by Cook Out
- Dec. 26-29: “Home Alone” presented by Bojangles
Tickets for Speedway Christmas
The price for Speedway Christmas varies, depending on the day of the week. The price is per vehicle. It ranges from $35 to $45 per car. You can have a maximum of 15 people in a car. So if you know someone with a big van, you can save money by going with them!
Monday to Wednesday (Christmas Village is not open)

Thursday to Sunday, and all days from December 12 to 23 (Christmas Village is open)

Time saving tips for Speedway Christmas
- Go Mon-Wed. There shouldn’t be a wait. Second choice: Sunday or Thursday.
- If you want to go Friday or Saturday, go EARLY. Get there before it opens.
- If your time is scarce, but money isn’t, you can get a fastpass for some of the nights.
Mobile tickets will be accepted.
