Charlotte Caribbean Carnival takes place June 24th and 25th, 2022. The events celebrate Caribbean culture through music, dance, costumes and more.
The events are ticketed separately, or you can buy a weekend pass. Events include J’ouvert (the festival kickoff party), Charlotte Caribbean Carnival Village, Street Parade, an after party, Carnival Brunch, and more.

The main event is the Charlotte Caribbean Carnival Village and Street Parade, on Saturday:
The Street Parade starts at 11 a.m. on June 25th. It starts at the intersection of Judson avenue and Zebulon Avenue (2842 Zebulon Avenue.) Then it makes a right onto Rozzelles Ferry Road, turns right on Judson Avenue, right on West Trade Street, and ends at 2600 West Trade Street, for the Carnival Village.

This is the main event! It will include a street parade, local artists, drummers, dancers and steel pan players. The parade will feature the best of Carnival inspired fashions, entertainment and arts; the Charlotte Carnival Queen would be participating in the parade. A highlight of the festival will be the Afro-Caribbean Village with vendors, dancers, and exhibits.
At the Village will be music by DJ Mystery, Selector Chicken & DJ Bloc. Hosted by Mr. Unruly Stella, dancers, drummers, and much more. Performance by Mr. Killa, Rohan Da Great, D. Blackman, Anika Berry, Gilos, Champeon Champpezy, KM1, and Lady Impress.
