Where to cheer for Novant Health Charlotte Marathon runners Nov 12

If you’re not running the Novant Health Charlotte Marathon on Saturday, November 12th, 2022, you can still be a part of it.

Find a spot along the Charlotte Marathon route, which you can see on this map.

Or go to one of the official cheering stations. Make sure to bring your sign to encourage the runners.

NoDa Charlotte Marathon Cheer Station

NoDa is hosting an official cheer station around Mile Marker 21, which is at the intersection of 35th and North McDowell Streets.

The cheer station is a fun family event. Food and drinks will be available from Local Loaf NoDa and there will be music to enjoy.

You can expect elite runners to reach this spot around 9 a.m., and the last runners around 12 p.m. Come for part of the festivities or all of it!

Plaza Midwood Charlotte Marathon Cheer Station

Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association is hosting a cheer station around The Plaza and Chestnut, which is at 1715 The Plaza.

There will be live music by The Truckstop Preachers, and food and drink.

Runners will pass through any time between around 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Dilworth Charlotte Marathon Cheer Station

The Charlotte Running Club and the Dilworth Community Association are hosting a cheer station in Dilworth. It will be at 701 Romany Road, next to Latta Park. Parking is available at 1501 Euclid Avenue and surrounding streets.

You can expect the first runners to be coming through just after 8 a.m.

Cheer Station at Queens Road W & Croydon Road

Omega Sports and Ballantyne Running Club are setting up a tent where Queens Road Q and Croydon meet. Everyone is welcome to join.
