Check Your Blind Spots unconscious bias tour comes to Charlotte NBA All-Star Weekend.
This free event will be taking place outside Bojangles’ Coliseum, 2700 E. Independence Boulevard:
- Friday, February 15th: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Friday, February 15th: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday, February 16th: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We may not even realize but, we’re making judgements or assumptions about people’s character, abilities and potential. That’s our unconscious biases or blind spots at play.
To help local residents and All-Star fan explore their own unconscious biases, the CEO Action Check Your Blind Spots unconscious bias tour is stopping at All-Star weekend at Bojangles Coliseum.
Through innovative tour activities that use virtual reality, gamification technology, and more, attendees will have an introspective look at biases others face on a daily basis to better understand where they’re coming from.
The tour is a jumpstart to help create a meaningful conversation about how to be more inclusive in our local workplaces and beyond and allows our community to join thousands nationwide in committing to changing our behaviors through the I Act On pledge.
