The Town of Cramerton has several events planned to celebrate the holiday season. Cramerton, a small town in Gaston County, is to the east of Gastonia, and is situated on the banks of the South Fork of the Catawba River. It’s about a 25 mile drive from the center of Charlotte.

Cramerton Christmas Parade and Village
The Town of Cramerton invites everyone to celebrate Christmas in Cramerton with their annual Christmas Parade on 8th Avenue and Christmas Village in Riverfront Downtown.
It will take place Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 3 to 6 p.m.
- 3 p.m.: Christmas Village opens. Find unique gifts and kick off your holiday shopping. Children can write and send their letters to Santa at our special letter-writing station!
- 4 p.m.: Parade begins on 8th Avenue. Pick your spot and enjoy the festive floats, marching bands, and more!
- 5:45 p.m.: Visit Santa at Confluence for free professional photos, courtesy of the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation.
- 6 p.m.: Christmas Village closes.
Cramerton Holiday Market
In addition, the Cramerton Holiday Bazaar will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the C.B. Huss Recreation Center, 8 Julian Street, Cramerton, North Carolina.
40+ vendors will be inside and outside of the recreation center. Torres Taqueria will be on hand from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Community Committee will be offering free gift wrapping.
And, new this year, there will be a Kids’ Holiday Shop, where kids can pick out gifts for $2 to $5 each, and get them wrapped.
