The City of Charlotte is creating the Charlotte Arts and Culture Plan to sustain and grow the creative sector in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, and we need to hear from YOU!
Their Community Kick-Off Event takes place Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Silver Hammer Studios at AvidXchange 817 Hamilton Street Charlotte, NC.
It’s free to attend.
Attendees will help shape the future of arts and culture by sharing perspectives, priorities and experiences. The organization wants to hear from artists and Charlotte-Mecklenburg residents of all ages and backgrounds.
Attendees will hear from City of Charlotte leadership, the consultant team from Lord Cultural Resources, and will have the opportunity to make their voice heard.

- Welcome from City of Charlotte Arts and Culture Officer
- Feedback stations where you can weigh in on the future of local arts and culture

- Information about the plan
