Classroom Central Field Day is an opportunity to have a great time with the whole family and help students living in poverty as well. It takes place on Saturday, November 1st, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Stadium, 301 North Kings Drive. It’s free for kids and $5 for adults. All activities are free after admission. Here’s the information: Help LEVEL the playing field for students in need. On Saturday, November 1st, 2014, join Classroom Central for a day of food, fun, family and friendly competition. Kids admission is FREE, adults cost $5. Proceeds will be used to buy school supplies for students in need.
There will be nostalgic field day games related to school supplies, including: Crayon Sack Race, Backpack Tricycle Race, Ruler Limbo, etc. All games are FREE after entry! Competition is individual with four age categories. Live music, concessions, face painting and sports mascots will add to the fun.
Contests & Awards
1:30pm Children’s Costume Contest (under 16 only / 3 age groups)
3:30pm Medals awarded for game winners (4 age groups)
Memorial Stadium is located at 310 N. Kings Drive near Uptown.
Parking is available for free. We will use Grady Cole Center in the case of rain.
Classroom Central equips students living in poverty to effectively learn by collecting and distributing free school supplies.
