If you have a big freezer, you might want to check this out. The Charlotte Knights are holding another Community Chicken Sale.
The chicken comes from local Mountaire Farms, in 40-pound packages.
You have the choice of:
- 40 pounds of frozen boneless breasts
- 40 pounds of frozen chicken thigh meat
Each package is just $40.
The breasts come in 10-pound bags.
You’ll pick up the chicken at a drive-thru, so you won’t have to get out of the car.
Pickup will be on August 8th, at Truist Field, 324 S Mint St. Charlotte, NC 28202, home of the Charlotte Knights.
You can sign up for pickup between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., or 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Please come prepared with the first and last name your order was placed under. Upon arrival, please make your way to Mint Street, where a Knights representative will check you in and confirm your order. From there, you will turn onto MLK Jr. Blvd. for another Knights representative to load your chicken purchase.
Please remain in your car throughout the entire process.
