Submit an event - Charlotte On The Cheap

Please tell us about your free and cheap events, as well as great deals you’d like to share on Charlotte on the Cheap. Not every event submitted gets published. Publication is at the discretion of Charlotte on the Cheap.

If you have multiple events, please send an email instead, and include a link to each event. Please don’t fill out the form multiple times if you have several events to submit. Send to info@charlotteonthecheap.com.

Also, please check the calendar to see if your event is already there before submitting.

We’re looking for free, or very cheap, events that are fun and are open to the public. Preference is given to events that are closer to Charlotte, although we do sometimes include really great events as far as an hour from Charlotte.

Please make sure that the URL you submit contains the information about the event.

We generally don’t include:

Political rallies
Religious services (although we do include festivals and concerts at houses of worship)
Sales pitches
Networking events
Motivational speakers
Charity races, etc.
Medical conferences (seriously, why do we keep receiving submissions for medical conferences in Asia?)

Want to be sure that your event is included? Consider advertising with Charlotte on the Cheap. Email ads@charlotteonthecheap.com about advertising. We include so many events that advertising can help your event “rise above the noise.” And sometimes it’s the only way to get it listed.
