Bring the kids to a special Dinosaur event on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 2 to 5 p.m. The Dino Fossil Dig will take place in the Cabarrus Brewing parking lot and event space, 325 McGill Avenue NW, Concord, North Carolina.
This is a free event.

Kids will participate in a fossil digging event and can also dig for gems. There will be an archaeologist there to show off his bone collection. Stick around to meet the Jurassic Jeep club, along with other fun surprises.
There will be an appearance by Rootle/PBS Kids, and the Schiele Museum and the NC Fossil Society will be on hand.
The event also lists “Real Walking Dinos,” although we don’t really know exactly what that means!
Mining supplies are limited and are first come, first served.
