Discovery Place Science offering half price afternoon admission

Discovery Place Science, 301 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, is introducing a new discounted admission option.

Starting the week of July 22, 2024, General Admission tickets will be half price from 3 p.m. until close on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. The half-off tickets will be available at the admission counter, not online.

Half-Off Prices:

Adults: $11.50
Kids (2-13): $9
Seniors (60+): $10
Kids under 2: Free

That will give you an hour and a half of exploring, as the museum closes at 4:30 p.m. those days.

Details:

General Admission tickets will be half–price from 3:00 p.m. – close on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
Reduced admission is unavailable online or by phone and must be purchased onsite. Sales begin at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and apply to Museum General Admission only.
Tickets to IMAX, parking or other events are not included.
Offer may not be combined with any additional ticket offer.
