Bass Pro Shops, which you’ll find at Concord Mills, is hosting Dog Days Family Event on Saturday, March 25th, 2017, and April 1st, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
It’s free to attend. Bring your dog, as long as it’s up to date on vaccines, dog-friendly, child-friendly, and leashed.
Get your picture taken with your dog from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and get a free download. Show off by sharing with the tag #bassprodogdays.
The first 100 dogs each day will receive a free 8-inch dog toy. Get a free dog treat with any purchase.
At 1 p.m. each day there will be a dog costume contest. The winner will receive a $25 Bass Pro Shops gift card.

On both days there will be seminars:
- Noon: Dogs, our best friend
- 2 p.m.: Dog Care: Everything from health and wellness to grooming
All canine participants of the seminars will receive a 9-inch flying disc, while supplies last.

So important to educate pet owners and prospective dog owners/adopters. After 15 years in dog rescue, I can confidently say education of pet ownership is a key link to successful dog adoption. Bravo to Bass Pros for creating such a fun and informational pet event!
