Back to School Block Party at Elevation University City August 14

Elevation University City, at 8105 IBM Drive, Charlotte, is celebrating the end of summer with a free Back to School Block Party. It takes place on Sunday, August 14th, 2022, from 3 to 5 p.m. (after its 1:30 p.m. worship service.)

The event includes water slides, lawn games, a mechanical bull, food trucks and ice cream. Kids will take home free backpacks with school supplies.

The other Elevation locations in the Charlotte area are also hosting Block Parties. You can get all the details of each one at the above link. Just select the location and you’ll see the time of the block party and what’s included. Please note that most of the block parties take place after worship service.

The Block Party events are billed as “food, family, fun, and baptisms.”
