WDAV, the classical music public radio station in Davidson, is holding its first ever Fall Fest on Wednesday, September 30th, 2015, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the station at 423 N. Main Street, Davidson. This free family-friendly festival will feature food and drink from local vendors, including D-9 Brewing Company, Carburritos, and Summit Coffee, live music, a bounce house, kids activities, and more. We’ll have lots of giveaways, WDAV announcers on hand for pictures, and tours of the newly upgraded broadcast studios.
There will also be a blood drive taking place. If you donate blood you’ll receive a limited edition WDAV pint glass and a certificate for a free beer redeemable at D-9 Brewing Company’s taproom in Cornelius. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can register in advance at Community Blood Center of the Carolinas.
