Sugaw Creek Recreation Center, at 943 West Sugar Creek Road, is holding a free fall festival on Thursday, October 23rd, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Parents and children will have a chance to create arts and crafts projects, carve pumpkins and participate in carnival games.
