McColl Center for Art + Innovation will present Family Day/Día de Familia during its free Open Studio Saturday on March 14th, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This event, which is a collaboration with the Latin American Coalition, will offer opportunities for kids and adults to create art, enjoy music and food. Also, local Latin American artists will showcase their art and Dignicraft will show special screenings of their acclaimed documentary film, Brilliant Soil/Tierra Brillante. McColl Center is at 721 North Tryon Street.
