SkyShow Fireworks Spectacular, which takes place on Thursday, July 4, 2024, after the Charlotte Knights baseball game at Truist Field, is Charlotte’s largest fireworks show. It draws tons of spectators to the ballpark and also to Romare Bearden Park.
Check out a huge list of 4th of July fireworks, parades and celebrations in the Charlotte area.
If the game sells out, or you’d prefer to enjoy fireworks with (most likely) smaller crowds in Uptown Charlotte, check out the games on Friday, July 5, and Saturday, July 6! Both have fireworks after the games.
If you go on Friday or Saturday, you’ll have an easier time finding tickets, and you’ll probably be able to spend less on tickets as well.
For the Friday fireworks, the Charlotte Knights have named the event Uptown Boom Fireworks, and promise a show that is “longer, bigger, brighter and better than ever!” Game starts at 7:04. Facebook event.
Then on Saturday, there’s a pre-game catch on the field and post-game fireworks. Game starts at 6:05. Facebook event.
All three games are against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.
