Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 2nd, 2014. The City of Charlotte presents the SWAG (Students Working to Achieve Greatness) Back to School Event. Free backpacks with school supplies, games, haircuts, dental screenings, immunizations and more. This event will be held August 2 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at BB&T Charlotte Knights Baseball Stadium (324 South Mint Street). Free admission! It’s for kids in grades K-12.
