Millstone Bake House & Provisions, at 208 South Main Street in Davidson, is honoring all who have served in the military by offering veterans and active duty military members a free coffee and pastry on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11th, 2015.
Millstone is especially saluting a mother-daughter team, Millstone’s friend and employee, Sera Craver, and her mother Colonel Kathy Craver. Sera has worked at both Upper Crust and Millstone Bakehouse. Sera is also a student at UNC Charlotte and is in ROTC. Col. Craver has been in the United States Air Force for 25 years and is about to end her current deployment in Afghanistan. She is returning Stateside in a few weeks and will be stationed in Washington D.C.
