Pulse, Young Affiliates of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, is presenting a free concert at Bechtler Museum of Modern Art on Friday, July 18th, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. Rush Hour Recital features Charlotte Symphony Orchestra principal timpanist Leo Soto and a special surprise guest.
