Queens University is hosting a free concert by pianist Enrique Graf on Sunday, February 26th, 2017, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. It will take place at Dana Auditorium, in the E.H. Little Fine Arts Center at Queens University of Charlotte.
The Arts at Queens invites you to listen to Enrique Graf’s piano concert. Graf has been described as “a master” (The Washington Post), “one of the best interpreters of his generation” (El Pais) and one who plays with “fiery virtuosity” (The New York Times).
Born in Uruguay, he studied with Leon Fleisher and has been First Prize winner in the William Kapell International Competition. He has recorded nine CDs and has performed at Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, Cultural Centers of Sao Paolo and Manila and Teatro Opera in Buenos Aires.
At Queens, he will play works by Debussy, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin and Mussorgsky.
