Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte is presenting a free concert reading of Restoration: Vienna 1938, as well as a Q&A with Holocaust survivor and author Susan Cernyak-Spatz, playwright Joel Shatzky, and educator Jackie Fishman. The event takes place April 22nd, 2014, at 650 East Stonewall Street, at 7:30pm. The box office opens at 6:30pm. No reservations.
Restoration:Vienna is about the portrait of a woman which was looted during Nazi-occupied Austria and returned to its family of origin in 2010. However, the portrait brings questions about the woman’s past, her family that remains, and secrets they discover with its return.
