Le Madeleine serves up fresh-baked baguettes, handmade pastries, as well as soups, salads, sandwiches and French-inspired entrees. They’re new to Charlotte, having taken over the space where Mimi’s Bistro used to be. It’s a more casual set-up than Mimi’s was. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. So, it’s sort of a “fast casual” approach to French-inspired food.
