JJ’s Red Hots serves up hot dogs at two Charlotte locations, 1514 East Boulevard in Dilworth, and 15105 John Delaney Drive in Ballantyne. They also have a truck that is used for their mobile hot-dogging, and that truck, Frank the Tank, is celebrating his first birthday on Saturday, March 15th. His birthday party, at the Dilworth location, starts at 11am. From 1pm to 2pm, JJ’s will be serving $1 Sahlen’s Smokehouse hot dogs and free Carmel Bacon and Red Hot (made with Firefly vodka) cupcakes, courtesy of Cupcrazed Cakery.
