Daddy Daughter Code-In is a free event that offers the chance for dads and daughters to learn about coding.
Digi-Bridge is excited to host the first community event at Google Fiber’s new home here in Charlotte. This evening, made possible by Fiber, is an opportunity for dads and daughters to connect and explore technology! Much like a Daddy Daughter Dance, the Code-In will be an event filled with food, music and exciting activities. We know that girls code, too, and look forward to supporting and encouraging the next generation of female leaders in STEM. Together, we will #bridgethedivide at the inaugural Daddy Daughter Code-In.
This free event will be held on Thursday, August 18th, 2016, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Google Fiber Facility at 301 East 7th Street. You must register in advance, and spots are certain to get filled quickly, so don’t delay. Here’s the link for registering.
