All Discovery Place museums, including Discovery Place Science, Discovery Place Nature, Discovery Place Kids in Huntersville, and Discovery Place Kids in Rockingham, are offering military personnel and veterans free admission on Veterans Day, Saturday, November 11th, 2017. You’ll need to bring your military ID. In addition, family members will receive $2 off their admission.
Free and discounted tickets must be picked up at the box office. They can’t be ordered on the phone or online.

Any official form of ID that shows military or veterans status will suffice. They’ll accept anything like a Common Access Card, DOD Civilian Retiree Card, Military ID, State Issued Veterans Designation on Driver’s Licenses, Veteran Health Identification Card, VA identification cards (or anything from the VA), Service Organization Veteran ID Cards or a DD214.
