Coco and the Director is a coffee house in the heart of Uptown, at 100 West Trade Street.
It features locally roasted single-origin coffees, wine, beer, and a menu overseen by Stoke Executive Chef Chris Coleman that includes sandwiches, salads, breads and pastries. Loose leaf teas are sourced from Charleston Tea Plantation, the only working tea estate in the U.S., located on Wadmalaw Island in South Carolina’s Lowcountry.
The retail nook showcases local foods, jewelry, tableware, stationery, men’s grooming products and more. This is a great place to shop for goods from local artisans.
Coco and the Director also includes three co-lab meeting spaces. The rooms are available to local entrepreneurs for meetings and brainstorming sessions with no minimum purchase.

Wine & Color Wednesday
Every Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Guests are invited to decompress with art supplies, coloring books, $5 glasses of wine and half priced pastries.
Art in Motion
4th Friday of the month (except it will be 3rd Friday in November) Does NOT take place in March.
