It takes place Saturday, June 10th, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Qi Gong, Presenter: Marie Theriault
Come join us for Qi Gong, a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that can help you relax and build awareness of the body.
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Intro to Essential Oils, Presenter: Jennifer Tremblay
Come join us for a fun, informative discussion to learn all about essential oils and how to choose and use them safely and economically.
2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Chair Yoga, Presenter: Marie Theriault
After a brief introduction and discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to learn and practice some of the modified yoga poses including flowing movements, twists, and stretches.
3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Heartfulness Meditation, Presenter: Pam Turner
Experience simple yet effective relaxation and meditation techniques to reduce stress, calm your mind, and improve the quality of your life.
