Sugaw Creek Recreation Center, at 943 West Sugar Creek Road, is holding a free fall festival on Thursday, October 23rd, 2014, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Parents and Children will have a chance to complete arts and crafts projects, pumpkin carving and participate in various carnival games.
