Illumination Foundation of North Carolina is hosting a fundraiser to benefit the family of a U.S. Marine Veteran. The eldest son, “X”, was diagnosed with a congenital heart disease at birth.
Battle for X takes place Saturday, August 19th, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at The Randazzos’ Grid Iron, 13105 S. Tryon St.
Admission is free. There will be raffles and a silent auction to raise money for the family.
Some of the free activities at the event:
- Bounce house
- Kids’ dance contest
- Cornhole
- DJ Bryan Auten
- Performance of “Charlotte Anthem” by J-Quin
- Darts
The restaurant will have menu specials, and snow cones will be $1.
