Insanity: Wednesday, 6:00 a.m.
Zumba: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

The Werk Out: Thursday, 5:30 p.m.
Tabata: Saturday, 8:00 a.m.
Rise and Flow Yoga, Saturday, 9:00 a.m.
Bootcamp: Circuit training, athletic drills, and challenging body weight strength work. This option is right for the client that enjoys a challenging, high energy, strength and cardio, group program. Those individuals that need to take their workout to the next level will enjoy this program. (Intermediate to advanced)
Zumba : Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. (all fitness levels)
Insanity: Its time to push past your limits with plyometrics and nonstop interval of strength, power and resistance and core training.
The Werk Out: Sassy athletic dance fitness class to reggatone, hip hop, pop and Latin beats. Bring a towel and water if you are ready to WERK?
Rise Flow Yoga: Start your day with this invigorating practice! This practice designed restore the nervous system and help relax deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Flow through a series of postures to rejuvenate the body.
Tabata: The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Tabata, is cardio, core, strength training all done interval style. (Intermediate to advanced)
