UFC Gym Matthews at 1916 Sardis Rd North, Charlotte, is holding its first after-hours Glow Workout. It’s free to attend and takes place on Thursday, July 28th, 2016, from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. Show up early and paint your body with glow paint. Wear your best neon! If you don’t have gloves, that’s ok, they will loan you some. If you’re not a member, that’s ok too. Just RSVP to the Facebook event.
