Free health screenings at Sam’s Club

Sam’s Club locations in the Charlotte area will host FREE health screenings Saturday, September 12th, 2015, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This month the screenings focus on diabetes. They’re valued at $250 and include tests for:

· A1C – a test that measures your average blood sugar level over the past three months
· Glucose – a test that measures the current amount of sugar in your blood
· Blood pressure
· Total cholesterol
· HDL (good cholesterol)
· Risk ratio
· Body mass index (BMI)
