Fintastic, an aquarium store at 2135 Ayrsley Town Boulevard, is celebrating its anniversary with free live mermaid shows. The shows take place Saturday, May 3rd 2014, at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm, and Sunday, May 4th, at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. The mermaids, Bonnie and Jessica, who have performed all over the world, will be performing in Fintastic’s 1,200 gallon shark tank. They will stay underwater up to five minutes at a time without any underwater breathing apparatus. This family fun event includes free food and balloons, and will also include a free betta fish for the first 1,000 people.
